At House of Solenne, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, production and delivery times may differ from those of traditional retail.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. standard shipping: generally 2–12 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier.

International standard shipping: generally 10–30 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

More specific delivery estimates may be listed on individual product pages. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, customs, or high-volume periods.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund. In most cases, the original item will not need to be returned.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Lost Packages
