At House of Solenne, each piece is made to order just for you. Because of that, processing and shipping times may be a little different from traditional retail.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within a few business days. Most made-to-order items are shipped within 2–7 business days after an order is placed.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
U.S. standard shipping: usually 2–5 business days for most print providers.
International standard shipping: usually 10–30 business days, depending on destination.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund. In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: ordering the wrong size, change of mind, preference issues.
Please review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before ordering.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help review the shipment and next steps.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
